Star Platinum is a pretty average stand, with a 40% chance to obtain from an Arrow.
E - A mid length barrage, with each hit dealing 5.96 damage.
R - A decent strong punch that deals 56.94 damage.
T - Star Finger! It's either broken or doesn't wanna work for me, sorry.

F - A horrible Time Stop that lasts for about 1.5 seconds, why would you use this?
