Gyro Zeppeli is an NPC that can be found behind a tree around the centre of the map.
By talking to him, you can buy Spin for 10k lire.
Not a very influential NPC, but Spin is a good starter so who cares.
Spin can also be evolved into Tusk act 1 with a Holy Corpse
